BRIEF:
Thrive London, the office coffee machine supplier, tasked us with turning a new scientific discovery into a national conversation: most people drink their first coffee far too early, missing out on its maximum benefits. With darker mornings and employees returning to offices, our goal was to empower workplaces with research-backed guidance to help teams feel more energised, productive and connected.
SOLUTION:
We launched The Coffee A.M. Formula, a science-led campaign developed with cognitive psychologist Dr. Eamon Fulcher revealing the optimal first-coffee time: 9:24am. Through clear expert explanation, engaging storytelling and practical workplace framing, we encouraged employees to “wait for the win,” transforming the rushed first cup of bad quality coffee into a shared office ritual rooted in wellbeing and collaboration.
RESULTS:
With 6 pieces of meaningful coverage, breaking into the nationals, this positioned Thrive London a as the workplace partner championing productivity, mood and everyday ritual.
