BRIEF:
Person Centred Software (PCS), the UK’s leading care management software provider, wanted to step into the national conversation. The ambition was not just to raise awareness, but to show PCS as a brand that genuinely cares about the families navigating difficult decisions and is leading the modernisation of care.
SOLUTION:
We commissioned a nationally representative survey, revealing that one in three Brits notice deterioration in elderly relatives over Christmas, yet most delay discussing care. With nearly two thirds admitting their perceptions are shaped by outdated portrayals, fear, not reality, was holding families back. We named the tension ‘That Care Home Conversation’, turning a private worry into a timely national story and positioning PCS as the reassuring expert on how digitisation is transforming modern care, supported by a dedicated landing page.
RESULTS:
With 37 pieces of coverage, including four nationals, 229 million reach and 100% share of voice, we established PCS as a trusted voice championing modern, compassionate care.
