BRIEF:

With the rise of rapid grocery services our client needed to do something to stand out whilst reinforcing their key feature – speed.

SOLUTION:

With the rise of rapid grocery services, delivery cyclists were becoming a menace trying to deliver at pace and it was only matter of time when there was a nasty accident.  We knew something needed to change. We partnered Jiffy with Ed Clancy, three times Olympic gold medallist to train riders to deliver at speed, but safely and respectfully.  ‘On Yer Bike’ was the first of its kind, a creative and educational initiative that became mandatory training and an on-boarding requirement for all Jiffy riders.

RESULTS:

Launching on National Bike Week we received support from the Mayoral Office and TFL. Jiffy’s social engagement doubled and brand affinity rose 19% as customers overwhelmingly supported the initiative. We secured 120 pieces of national coverage and reached 60% of the UK adult population. Meanwhile, app downloads rose a whopping 21%.
